		<description>HOLY CRAP, you know what&#039;s funny? I was thinking about relay operators today and read an article about how relay operators hate scams and pranks and some have resorted to vigilantism and reported peoples&#039; IPs to the FBI!

The major telecom carriers don&#039;t care about the pranks or scams because they receive about $1.21 per minute per call! So they want the call volume to increase, as the pranksters and scammers take up valuable time away from actual deaf or hearing impared people... costing the country millions a year.

So that&#039;s just a report from a tech journal though, don&#039;t know how true the story actually is.
