It’s been a while, but we have finally done some major work around our apartment. We have moved old junk out to make room for new stuff, cut holes in walls, worked in the attic, all that goodness. I’ll be posting pics as soon as I figure out how to get Gallery 2 working correctly… maybe even before it’s working perfectly.

Work is going well. For those who don’t know, I’m employed by Mandiant as a Security Consultant. I’ve been doing a lot of assessment work in which my team goes into a company, looks at their policies and procedures and make suggestions to keep their systems secure. It’s pretty cool to travel to the different clients and the work is usually challenging (which keeps it from getting boring).

One of my co-workers, Bret Padres, is a podcaster for computer security and computer forensics. He and his cohort, Ovie Carroll, do a podcast a week and it’s pretty good for the genre. I’ll post the podcasts I listen to and if you’re interested in posting something on this site then let me know and I’ll set you up with an account. The podcast is called CyberSpeak (cyberspeak.libsyn.com) and it’s available for download through iTunes.
